FundCloud is our unique private cloud offering which takes exhaustive responsibility of running and maintaining your FundWave instance on our resources. When you choose this option, you need not hire additional technology staff to maintain server hardware, software upgrades and other general maintenance. We promise you that the Software will work as defined in the SLA. When you choose the FundCloud, you are billed monthly or annually.
The Private Implementation is a great option if you already have reliable server hardware, storage and database experts who can run the software for you. If you run other software on your private server hardware, you will find that FundWave is easy to install and implement. We will still provide you with our legendary support which includes upgrades and technical assistance. When you choose the Private Implementation, you are billed once for perpetuity (the Support contract needs to be renewed after the 1st year).
Certainly. It is likely that the feature you request is already under development or is planned to be launched in the next version of the software. If the feature is not planned yet, we can add it to our product roadmap.

If you choose the FundCloud, you will continue to receive support as long as you’re in the contract. However, if you choose the Private Implementation option, your support contract will expire after 12 months and you will no longer be able to receive technical support or software updates. Renewing your support is done purely at your discretion and can be renewed in advance of your maintenance expiration to ensure uninterrupted access to the support and software updates.
As all Private Implementation licenses are perpetual, you can use your software into perpetuity. This means, the downloaded product will continue to operate the same way as it does before and after the support period expires.
Please note: Support renewals commence from the date the previous maintenance period expires, regardless of when the maintenance renewal was purchased.

Fundwave private implementation customers receive our legendary support 24 hours a days, 5 days a week, with phone support available during weekday business hours.

Fundwave accepts the following payment methods for both Private Implementation licenses and annual FundCloud subscriptions:
Credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express) via our secure Quote & Order Form/phone/fax, fastest payment method (1 to 3 business days).
Bank transfer can take up to 5-7 business days for banks transfers to clear through our banking facilities.
Mailed check can take up to 2 weeks to be received and processed by our financial institution.
Fundwave’s payment terms are strictly Net 0-day. This means that the license or FundCloud subscription will only be made available after full payment is received. If you have placed your order but find that you are waiting for your organisation to actually make the payment, you can contact us and request a fully-functional evaluation license to help you cope with any bureaucratic delays.
We employ enterprise grade security standards that protect your data against trespassing, stealing and other misuse. Your data is stored in an encrypted form which means that no on except those authorized by you explicitly can access the data that you describe as sensitive. Of course, you may also choose the Private Implementation option and use your internal security team to manage the data within your firewall. The private implementation is a particularly good option if your data has faced continuous threats in the past that requires constant elevated levels of security.
Yes, Fundwave offers fully functional 7-day evalutions for its flagship fund administration suite. When your evaluation expires we will automatically charge the credit card provided at sign up allowing customers to continue using Fundwave without interruption.
Evaluations include access to our support resources. However, please note that we do not provide data backups for evaluations. Only our annual customers can avail our enterprise grade data backup services.
FundWave does not offer extensions of evaluations, however, we offer full refunds during the first month of paid service following the end of the evaluation if you decide FundWave isn’t for you. After the first paid month, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
